I spent many years supporting queer and trans youth on a suicide lifeline where I realized that my calling in life is to provide folks with a warm, open, silly (sometimes), and collaborative space to share and grow.
I am a white, queer, trans-masc, non-binary human who provides therapy for all people at many stages of life. As a queer and trans-affirming therapist, I work with folks who are exploring gender and sexuality, as well as humans more rooted in their identity who want extra support moving through the world. I also help folks who may be having a crisis, are feeling lost, experiencing anxiety and/or depression, who want to explore their family dynamics and how it impacts the person they are today, as well as people who grew up or are currently around alcoholism.
We are the experts in our own lives, and my job as a therapist is to listen to my client’s stories. Therapy can help craft the safest and most fulfilling life for clients. I’m honored to witness even a small part of that story and aim to help equip clients with the tools they need to best support themselves. I hope to provide patience and warmth in the therapy space.
My practice is grounded in a social justice and anti-oppressive framework not limited by the gender binary. I incorporate narrative therapies, CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic techniques in my work.

MORE ABOUT ME
When I’m not working, I can be found cooking and setting off the fire alarm while listening to the newest podcast episode of Poog or Still Processing. I love television and film (cinematic masterpieces and “bad” romantic comedies, equally). To unwind, I take long walks in Brooklyn wearing unsensible sneakers.
