As a Black woman and a therapist with a background in gender studies and fashion styling, I bring an intersectional and creative lens to therapy. The way we express ourselves—through language, relationships, and even clothing—can be a powerful tool for healing, self-understanding, and reclaiming agency. Our work together will honor the complex ways identity, culture, and the mind-body connection shape how you navigate the world.
Whether you’re exploring your sexual identity, struggling with shifts in sex drive, processing the impacts of trauma, or working to feel more present and connected during intimacy, I offer a space that centers safety, curiosity, and choice. I also support clients through life transitions—breakups, identity shifts, career changes—and help unpack the ways cultural messages around sex, pleasure, and self-worth inform our sense of belonging and desire. Treatment often involves helping clients to reconnect with their bodies and explore what makes them feel grounded, confident, and at home in themselves, whether that’s in the bedroom, at work, or in front of the mirror. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic-aware, and deeply collaborative. I welcome individuals and couples of all identities and relationship structures, and I am passionate about helping clients define intimacy, safety, and self-expression on their terms. |
