Life brings challenges that can feel overwhelming, and none of us are meant to face them alone. I believe therapy offers a space for connection - a place to better understand ourselves, heal past wounds, and imagine new possibilities. At the heart of my work is the belief that human connection is the foundation for growth and thriving.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I see you as the expert of your own life, and together we will explore your story - past, present, and future - that shapes who you are. My background as a theatre artist grounds me in the power of storytelling, creativity, and expression, all of which inform my work. I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of experiences, with a particular focus on serving the queer community. In a sex-positive setting, I support clients in exploring intimacy, sexuality, relationships, and other areas of their lives. I begin from a perspective that honors the dignity and worth of every person, whatever struggles they bring into our collaborative space. I am currently pursuing my MSW at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and hold a BFA from the University of Michigan. |
