When life feels overwhelming, talking to people who get where you’re coming from can be the key to finding relief. So the therapists at The SAT Project put together this series of groups to provide some much-needed support during these crazy times.
Why Group Therapy?
There are all kinds of support groups, but only group therapy is run by a mental health professional. Our therapists are trained to create a safe and welcoming environment when you're going through a tough time. We also make sure your group isn’t too large, so everyone gets the chance to be heard. Please ask us about session fees.
CURRENT GROUPS AVAILABLE
If you're exploring open relationships, polyamory, or other forms of consensual non-monogamy, it may not feel safe to discuss with friends or family. This open-minded group is your place to talk about it.
FOR GAY MEN
If you’re tired of Grindr but baffled by intimacy, this group for gay men is your safe place to talk about it. Learn how to allow for vulnerability when it feels right and protect yourself when it doesn't.
Relief from OCSB
Whether it’s porn use, escorts, or other sexual behaviors you wish you had more control over, this group is here to support you and help keep you accountable to your self-directed goals.
