I strive to create a therapy space where you feel seen, accepted, and heard.
In treatment, we explore all aspects of who you are, including your story, relationships, fears, strengths, and more, to collaborate on carving a path forward. Clients often approach me with concerns such as depression, trauma recovery, addressing substance use, and understanding hypersexuality. Maybe you feel anxious about intimacy or sex, have relationship challenges, or just know something's wrong and can't identify what. Whether you're looking to build confidence, feel less depressed, or want to be the best version of yourself, I am here to help. As part of the queer community, I have a deep passion for working with clients who want to explore their relationship to their queer identity, their sexuality, and/or overcome feelings of guilt or shame Often, how we get stuck is how we transform - in relationships. I believe the relationship you and I create will help you gain insights into your relationship patterns. Together, let's identify how past experiences impact your present. Through compassionate listening and exploration, I will help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. If any of this resonated or sparked excitement and curiosity, I encourage you to set up a consultation. Seeking out therapy is a challenging and courageous decision, and I'm proud of you for taking the first step! I received my MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work and my BA in Psychology from St. John’s University. THE QUEER SOBER CONNECTION
