It’s hard to function in the world living under the weight of all those labels. 

The foundation of our work together will be the SAT Treatment Tools. A group of comprehensive surveys that help us discover things like your sexual behavior, attachment style in relationships, and any trauma you might have experienced as a child.

When we look at the answers to these questions with clients, they’re often surprised to discover that the labels they’ve been dragging around are not accurate. The result is that our work together in therapy becomes a place for curiosity and acceptance rather than self-blame.

WE OFFER A SHORT-TERM TREATMENT YOU CAN USE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH YOUR CURRENT THERAPIST

The SAT Project treatment tools can help you address questions about your sexual behavior. Gain new insights into your psychology and come away with a valuable treatment plan. You'll begin by filling out some comprehensive surveys followed by a few weeks of sessions with one of our therapists. This service includes:

• One 60-minute consultation to discuss what issues you hope to explore 
• One - Six surveys for interpersonal discovery completed on your own time
• A comprehensive evaluation of your responses from one of our specially trained therapists
• Three 45-minute sessions with a SAT Project clinician to take you through each assessment and discuss their impact.
• A detailed written report based on the surveys and your SAT Project sessions
• One optional 45-minute consultation with you, your therapist, and your SAT clinician to review the results and discuss a treatment plan
