It’s not always easy to know what you need—especially when you’re carrying old pain, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or questioning how you show up in your life and relationships. You might be in the middle of a big transition, grieving a loss, ending a relationship, or beginning to unpack parts of yourself you’ve kept tucked away. Sometimes, there’s just a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
Many of the folks I work with are in the midst of deep self-exploration—trying to better understand their sexuality, reflect on how the past shaped them, and figure out how to live and connect more authentically. You may not have all the answers yet, but you’re ready to stop pretending everything’s fine and start showing up more fully. I work with individuals and couples navigating identity, grief, relational dynamics, and life transitions. Often, that means looking at how early experiences shaped your boundaries, beliefs, and patterns of connection. Together, we’ll create space to clarify what you need, reconnect with what’s true, and move toward more self-trust, freedom, and choice. Rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, I offer a warm, LGBTQIA+-affirming space where all of you is welcome. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story to begin. If you’re longing for more clarity, ease, or connection—with yourself or others—I’d be honored to sit with you in that exploration. PARTNERS OF SEX ADDICTS
