I specialize in coaching business partners and collaborative teams. And bring a deep knowledge of storytelling, communication, and relationship-building into my work.
I hold a master’s degree in organizational psychology with a focus on group processes and organizational behavior. In addition, I have 20+ years of experience as a theater director, including seven years as associate director for the Tony award-winning musical Once. My work on original plays and musicals centers on stories that explore queer identity, family trauma, and the subconscious.
As SAT Project associate director, I produce all our CEU programming. I’ve also co-authored three articles with Dr. Crocker.
I hold a BFA from New York University, and I’ve taught on the faculty of NYU and Kingsborough College.
